We are here to make your IT simpler and more secure. Our experience dates back to 2009. We pay attention to precision and therefore we also have complete documentation, which we always use to quickly and easily navigate. Our IT services are used by small and medium-sized companies, schools, charitable organizations and non-profit organizations, healthcare facilities and clinics, therefore we have a wealth of experience in various sectors and with a wide range of technologies.

As part of complex IT administration, we most often work in a Windows and Linux environment. In the Windows environment, we manage all key services from user accounts, profiles and data, to backups and fail-safe solutions (so-called HA – High Availability), in which the entire operational infrastructure is duplicated in multiple locations. We also connect the world of the customer’s own servers (on-premise) with a cloud solution (Microsoft Azure/Office 365).

For us, Linux environments are typically server solutions for web hosting, databases, but also virtualization and containerization. We love the Proxmox VE solution and prefer open software that can be customized to customer needs rather than closed and often expensive solutions.

Friendly and helpful user support, consultations, advice, tips and tricks are the basis of our work, and taking care of end devices such as computers, laptops, printers and others is our daily joy.

Networks

We understand computer networks from the beginning of the connection by the provider to the end devices connected behind the socket or wireless connection. We know well-known brands such as Cisco, Fortinet, Ubiquity, MikroTik or TP-Link and can not only work with their products, but also design reliable, secure and cost-optimal solutions. The big trend of Software Defined Networks (SDN) gives us tremendous opportunities to effectively manage your devices without having to be physically present at the device. But it doesn’t end there, we are also familiar with the physical structured cabling and finishing with racks in the server room.

Networks are not only computer networks, but also telephone, industrial or audio networks, which are classified as low-current networks. However, even high-current ones up to 1000 V have their place in our portfolio, we have qualifications for them and the relevant certificate from NV 194/2022 Sb. §7, which replaces the already invalid decree 50/1978 Sb. This qualifications is valid only in Czech Republic.

Cloud Services

With our management of your cloud services, we offer you a flexible and secure solution that is easily scalable, so you only pay for the used resources. In contrast to the need for regular maintenance of your physical servers (on-premise), we can thus focus on the optimization and security of the cloud service. Thanks to cloud services with us, you have a lot of music for little money. And for schools or non-profit organizations, we can do it for free!

Our typical cloud solution is Microsoft Azure or just Microsoft Office 365. Another friend is Google Cloud, or Google Workspace. We know both clouds very well and work with them daily as users and as administrators. We thus follow the latest trends and updates of these solutions.

Virtualization and Containers

The days of having your own server room full of humming equipment are long behind us. Thanks to effective virtualization or even more effective containerization, you have the entire infrastructure available virtually, and this brings countless benefits not only for your wallet, but also for management options. You can have the virtual infrastructure in your own server room (on-premise) or in the cloud, it depends only on you. Your servers and the services they provide thus become a piece of digital data or code that is easily portable, backupable and quickly restoreable or expandable (scaling).

Among our virtualization favorites is Proxmox VE for your own servers (on-premise), but we also get along well with solutions from VMware. We also use cloud solutions in Microsoft Azure and will gladly introduce you them.

CCTV

Do you need to have an overview of who moves around your premises and when? Camera systems are thus the ideal solution for you. You can choose from small systems with up to 10 network cameras (IPC – Internet Protocol Camera) and, for example, one network recording device (NVR – Network Video Recorder) up to robust systems with dozens of network cameras and several NVRs for mutual backup with connection to central management or mobile application.

Today, camera systems are already capable of a huge number of functions, from the most basic ones such as visibility in the dark, high-resolution audio and image transmission up to license plate reading, automatic detection of objects such as people, cars, animals, etc. with the use of AI (or machine learning).

Our candidate for home solution is Ubiquity, which in some cases is reliably sufficient even for a small to medium-sized company. Our candidate for a more complex solution is the VIGI product line from TP-Link, which offers sophisticated central management as well as reasonable mutually independent backup of data from cameras to multiple locations.

Monitoring and Cyber Security (SOC)

Having an overview of what is happening with your IT infrastructure is key to ensuring the safe and stable use of your resources. Thanks to the monitoring, you don’t see us running around your infrastructure chaotically, because we proactively deal with the reports we receive from the system before a collapse occurs. And you, like us, can sleep peacefully because we know what is happening every minute. In connection with systems for collecting recorded events (so-called logs or log management) and their automated evaluation (e.g. SIEM), you will get a robust solution in which no one will even take a pen from your desk.

Today, almost anything can be monitored, and it is best if such monitoring is complemented by regular supervision and support 24/7 or 5/8. A team of experienced administrators can react immediately to any mischief and prevent unnecessary damage. We use Zabbix, Wazuh, Uptime Robot or Uptime Kuma solutions.
