Hourly rate for basic technician work*: 600 CZK/Hour (Without VAT)
Hourly rate for specialized technician work**: 1100 CZK/Hour (Without VAT)
Supplement for the work of a technician for evening and night work as agreed***: 250 CZK/Hour (Without VAT)
A minimum of 30 min always applies. interval of started work, i.e. if the technician’s work takes 82 min. (60 + 28) will only be billed at 1.5 times the full hourly rate.
The prices listed above only apply to customers who are not our contractual clients. Contract clients have an individual pricing policy according to the contract documentation, usually lower rates.
* The basic work of a technician is common administrative tasks that do not require specialized qualifications, for example: user management, DNS or backup.
** Specialized technician works are those types of jobs that require higher qualifications or certification, eg: installing and configuring specialized programs or devices.
*** Evening and night work is scheduled from 7:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m.
